matazo illustrated this card. The same name is on 11 other cards in the catalog.

Lapras (#131) has 49 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 36 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Lapras 10/62 in Fossil (1999). That card lists 80 HP, and this one lists 110 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Uncommon. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and matazo illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 1. 40 other cards of Lapras list a different HP.

The attack Hail lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless, Colorless. This attack does 10 damage to each of your opponent's Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) Freezing Wind is another attack lists 100 damage. The cost is Water, Water, Colorless. Weakness is Metal ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "Crossing icy seas is no issue for this cold-resistant Pokémon. Its smooth skin is a little cool to the touch." The regulation mark is G.

I keep a set binder for Obsidian Flames, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Obsidian Flames set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Lapras can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). I still need this card.
