Obsidian Flames set binder is where a full Obsidian Flames set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Sinistea can fill a slot in Generation 8 binder (Galar). Themed lists that include this exact card are Yuka Morii clay cards. I still need this card.
