Venusaur ex is a Stage 2 ex Grass Pokémon with 340 HP. In the Pokédex this is Venusaur (#003), generation 1 (Kanto). The card says it evolves from Ivysaur. In this catalog that name is Ivysaur (#002).

Yoriyuki Ikegami illustrated this card. The same name is on 19 other cards in the catalog.

Venusaur (#003) has 46 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 28 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2025. The earliest other card is Venusaur 15/102 in Base (1999). That card is named Venusaur, while this one is Venusaur ex. That card lists 100 HP, and this one lists 340 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Special Illustration Rare. Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated that card, and Yoriyuki Ikegami illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 4. 43 other cards of Venusaur list a different HP.

Tranquil Flower is listed as Ability. Once during your turn, if this Pokémon is in the Active Spot, you may heal 60 damage from 1 of your Pokémon. The attack Dangerous Toxwhip lists 150 damage. The cost is Grass, Grass, Colorless. Your opponent's Active Pokémon is now Confused and Poisoned. Weakness is Fire ×2. Retreat cost is 4. The card text says: Pokémon ex rule: When your Pokémon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is G.

I keep a set binder for 151, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the 151 set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Venusaur can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Kanto starters, without Charizard and Special Illustration Rares. I still need this card.
