Sinistcha ex 210/167 · Twilight Masquerade

Sinistcha is Pokédex #1013, generation 9 (Paldea). Sinistcha ex is a Stage 1 ex Grass Pokémon with 240 HP. The card says it evolves from Poltchageist. In this catalog that name is Poltchageist (#1012).

Sinistcha ex sits at 210/167 in Twilight Masquerade, position 210 of 226. Before it is 209 Perrin, and after it is 211 Teal Mask Ogerpon ex. The set belongs to the Scarlet & Violet series. It was released on May 24, 2024. The printed size is 167. This checklist is longer, at 226 cards. The collector number is above the printed set size of 167. The listed rarity is Special Illustration Rare.

The attack Re-Brew lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. Put 2 damage counters on 1 of your opponent's Pokémon for each Basic Grass Energy card in your discard pile. Then, shuffle those Energy cards into your deck. Matcha Splash is another attack lists 120 damage. The cost is Grass, Colorless. Heal 30 damage from each of your Pokémon. Weakness is Fire ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The card text says: Pokémon ex rule: When your Pokémon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is H.

Sinistcha (#1013) has 4 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 2 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2024 to 2026. The earliest other card is Sinistcha 22/167 in Twilight Masquerade (2024). That card is named Sinistcha, while this one is Sinistcha ex. That card lists 70 HP, and this one lists 240 HP. The rarity there is Rare, and here it is Special Illustration Rare. Kouki Saitou illustrated that card, and Saboteri illustrated this one. 2 other cards of Sinistcha list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Saboteri. I count 15 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Twilight Masquerade set binder is where a full Twilight Masquerade set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Sinistcha can fill a slot in Generation 9 binder (Paldea). I still need this card.
