Lapras ex 32/142 · Stellar Crown

Stellar Crown is a set in the Scarlet & Violet series. It was released on September 13, 2024. The printed size is 142. This checklist is longer, at 175 cards. Lapras ex is 32/142, in position 32 of 175 on this checklist. Before it is 31 Lapras, and after it is 33 Marill. The listed rarity is Double Rare.

Lapras ex is a Basic Tera ex Water Pokémon with 220 HP. In the Pokédex this is Lapras (#131), generation 1 (Kanto).

Lapras (#131) has 49 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 37 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Lapras 10/62 in Fossil (1999). That card is named Lapras, while this one is Lapras ex. That card lists 80 HP, and this one lists 220 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Double Rare. 47 other cards of Lapras list a different HP.

The attack Power Splash lists 40× damage. The cost is Water. This attack does 40 damage for each Energy attached to this Pokémon. Larimar Rain is another attack lists no damage number. The cost is Water, Psychic, Metal. Look at the top 20 cards of your deck and attach any number of Energy cards you find there to your Pokémon in any way you like. Shuffle the other cards back into your deck. Weakness is Metal ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: As long as this Pokémon is on your Bench, prevent all damage done to this Pokémon by attacks (both yours and your opponent's). The card text says: Pokémon ex rule: When your Pokémon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is H.

I keep a set binder for Stellar Crown, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Stellar Crown set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Lapras can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). I still need this card.
