The earliest other card is Teal Mask Ogerpon 123/102 in Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos (2023). That card is named Teal Mask Ogerpon, while this one is Teal Mask Ogerpon ex. That card lists 110 HP, and this one lists 210 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Double Rare. 6 other cards of Ogerpon list a different HP.

Teal Dance is listed as Ability. Once during your turn, you may attach a Basic Grass Energy card from your hand to this Pokémon. If you attached Energy to a Pokémon in this way, draw a card. The attack Myriad Leaf Shower lists 30+ damage. The cost is Grass, Grass, Grass. This attack does 30 more damage for each Energy attached to both Active Pokémon. Weakness is Fire ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The card text says: As long as this Pokémon is on your Bench, prevent all damage done to this Pokémon by attacks (both yours and your opponent's). I keep a set binder for Prismatic Evolutions, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Prismatic Evolutions set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Ogerpon can fill a slot in Generation 9 binder (Paldea). Themed lists that include this exact card are Tera Pokémon. I still need this card.
