The earliest other card is Pupitar 45/75 in Neo Discovery (2001). That card lists 70 HP, and this one lists 80 HP. The rarity there is Uncommon, and here it is Promo. Hironobu Yoshida illustrated that card, and Shiburingaru illustrated this one. 17 other cards of Pupitar list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Shiburingaru. I count 35 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos set binder is where a full Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Pupitar can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). I still need this card.
