Quagsire is a Stage 1 Water Pokémon with 120 HP. In the Pokédex this is Quagsire (#195), generation 2 (Johto). The card says it evolves from Wooper. In this catalog that name is Wooper (#194).

Quagsire (#195) has 15 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 15 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2000 to 2020. The earliest other card is Quagsire 45/111 in Neo Genesis (2000). That card lists 70 HP, and this one lists 120 HP. The rarity there is Uncommon, and here it is Promo. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 3. 11 other cards of Quagsire list a different HP.

The attack Rollout lists 30 damage. The cost is Water. Drenched Headbutt is another attack lists 80× damage. The cost is Water, Colorless, Colorless. Discard the top 3 cards of your deck. This attack does 80 damage for each Energy card you discarded in this way. Weakness is Lightning ×2. Retreat cost is 3. The regulation mark is H.

I keep a set binder for Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Quagsire can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). I still need this card.
