Whiscash is a Stage 1 Water Pokémon with 120 HP. In the Pokédex this is Whiscash (#340), generation 3 (Hoenn). The card says it evolves from Barboach. In this catalog that name is Barboach (#339).

Shinji Kanda illustrated this card. The same name is on 25 other cards in the catalog.

Whiscash (#340) has 10 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 9 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2003 to 2023. The earliest other card is Whiscash 48/97 in Dragon (2003). That card lists 90 HP, and this one lists 120 HP. Both list the rarity Uncommon. Tomokazu Komiya illustrated that card, and Shinji Kanda illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 3. 10 other cards of Whiscash list a different HP.

The attack Mud Shot lists 80 damage. The cost is Water, Colorless, Colorless. Thrash is another attack lists 120+ damage. The cost is Water, Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. Flip a coin. If tails, this Pokémon also does 60 damage to itself. If heads, this attack does 60 more damage. Weakness is Lightning ×2. Retreat cost is 3. The flavor text reads "It makes its nest at the bottom of swamps. It will eat anything—if it is alive, Whiscash will eat it." The regulation mark is F.

I keep a set binder for Astral Radiance, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Astral Radiance set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Whiscash can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). I still need this card.
