Wyrdeer TG06/30 · Astral Radiance Trainer Gallery

Wyrdeer is Pokédex #899, generation 8 (Galar). Wyrdeer is a Stage 1 Psychic Pokémon with 140 HP. The card says it evolves from Stantler. In this catalog that name is Stantler (#234).

Wyrdeer sits at TG06/30 in Astral Radiance Trainer Gallery, position 6 of 30. Before it is TG05 Gardevoir, and after it is TG07 Falinks. The set belongs to the Sword & Shield series. It was released on May 27, 2022. The printed size is 30, and the checklist is the same length. The listed rarity is Trainer Gallery Rare Holo.

Hurried Gait is listed as Ability. Once during your turn, you may draw a card. The attack Extrasensory lists 40+ damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless. If you have the same number of cards in your hand as your opponent, this attack does 80 more damage. Weakness is Darkness ×2. Resistance is Fighting -30. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "The black orbs shine with an uncanny light when the Pokémon is erecting invisible barriers. The fur shed from its beard retains heat well and is a highly useful material for winter clothing." The regulation mark is F.

Wyrdeer (#899) has 4 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 2 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2019 to 2022. The earliest other card is Wyrdeer SWSH206/307 in SWSH Black Star Promos (2019). Both list 140 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Trainer Gallery Rare Holo. Eri Yamaki illustrated that card, and kirisAki illustrated this one. 2 other cards of Wyrdeer list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads kirisAki. I count 189 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Astral Radiance Trainer Gallery set binder is where a full Astral Radiance Trainer Gallery set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Wyrdeer can fill a slot in Generation 8 binder (Galar). Themed lists that include this exact card are Holiday: Delibird and festive friends and Trainer Gallery. I still need this card.
