Togedemaru 127/195 · Silver Tempest

Togedemaru is Pokédex #777, generation 7 (Alola). Togedemaru is a Basic Metal Pokémon with 80 HP.

Togedemaru sits at 127/195 in Silver Tempest, position 127 of 215. Before it is 126 Cobalion, and after it is 128 Magearna V. The set belongs to the Sword & Shield series. It was released on November 11, 2022. The printed size is 195. This checklist is longer, at 215 cards. The listed rarity is Common.

The attack Toge Dash lists 10 damage. The cost is Lightning. Flip a coin. If heads, during your opponent's next turn, if this Pokémon is Knocked Out, your opponent can't take any Prize cards for it. Weakness is Fire ×2. Resistance is Grass -30. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "With the long hairs on its back, this Pokémon takes in electricity from other electric Pokémon. It stores what it absorbs in an electric sac." The regulation mark is F.

Togedemaru (#777) has 13 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 10 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2017 to 2026. The earliest other card is Togedemaru 53/149 in Sun & Moon (2017). That card lists 70 HP, and this one lists 80 HP. Both list the rarity Common. Megumi Mizutani illustrated that card, and kawayoo illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 1, and here it is 2. 5 other cards of Togedemaru list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads kawayoo. I count 209 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Silver Tempest set binder is where a full Silver Tempest set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Togedemaru can fill a slot in Generation 7 binder (Alola). Themed lists that include this exact card are Pikachu's friends. I still need this card.
