Regieleki VMAX is a VMAX Lightning Pokémon with 310 HP. In the Pokédex this is Regieleki (#894), generation 8 (Galar). The card says it evolves from Regieleki V. In this catalog that name is Regieleki (#894).

N-DESIGN Inc. illustrated this card. The same name is on 68 other cards in the catalog.

Regieleki (#894) has 6 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 4 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2019 to 2022. The earliest other card is Regieleki V SWSH280/307 in SWSH Black Star Promos (2019). That card is named Regieleki V, while this one is Regieleki VMAX. That card lists 200 HP, and this one lists 310 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Holo VMAX. Eske Yoshinob illustrated that card, and N-DESIGN Inc. illustrated this one. 5 other cards of Regieleki list a different HP.

Transistor is listed as Ability. Your Basic Lightning Pokémon's attacks do 30 more damage to your opponent's Active Pokémon (before applying Weakness and Resistance). The attack Max Thunder and Lightning lists 220 damage. The cost is Lightning, Colorless, Colorless. During your next turn, this Pokémon can't attack. Weakness is Fighting ×2. The card text says: VMAX rule: When your Pokémon VMAX is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 3 Prize cards. The regulation mark is F.

I keep a set binder for Silver Tempest, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Silver Tempest set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Regieleki can fill a slot in Generation 8 binder (Galar). Themed lists that include this exact card are VMAX cards. I still need this card.
