Galarian Mr. Rime is a Stage 1 Water Pokémon with 120 HP. In the Pokédex this is Mr. Rime (#866), generation 8 (Galar). The card says it evolves from Galarian Mr. Mime. In this catalog that name is Mr. Mime (#122).

Naoki Saito illustrated this card. The same name is on 270 other cards in the catalog.

Mr. Rime (#866) has 5 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 5 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2019 to 2022. The earliest other card is Galarian Mr. Rime SWSH079/307 in SWSH Black Star Promos (2019). Both list 120 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare. KEIICHIRO ITO illustrated that card, and Naoki Saito illustrated this one. 3 other cards of Mr. Rime list a different HP.

Shuffle Dance is listed as Ability. Once during your turn, you may switch 1 of your opponent's face-down Prize cards with the top card of their deck. (The cards stay face down.) The attack Mad Party lists 20× damage. The cost is Water, Colorless, Colorless. This attack does 20 damage for each Pokémon in your discard pile that has the Mad Party attack. Weakness is Metal ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "It's highly skilled at tap-dancing. It waves its cane of ice in time with its graceful movements." The regulation mark is D.

I keep a set binder for Darkness Ablaze, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Darkness Ablaze set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Mr. Rime can fill a slot in Generation 8 binder (Galar). Themed lists that include this exact card are Galarian forms. I still need this card.
