The attack Zen Spoon lists no damage number. The cost is Psychic. Put 3 damage counters on your opponent's Pokémon in any way you like. Mind Ruler is another attack lists 30× damage. I keep a set binder for Vivid Voltage, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Vivid Voltage set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Alakazam can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). I still need this card.
