Eske Yoshinob illustrated this card. The same name is on 177 other cards in the catalog.

Dhelmise (#781) has 15 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 13 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2017 to 2026. The earliest other card is Dhelmise SM53/248 in SM Black Star Promos (2017). That card is named Dhelmise, while this one is Dhelmise V. That card lists 120 HP, and this one lists 220 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Holo V. Kouki Saitou illustrated that card, and Eske Yoshinob illustrated this one. 13 other cards of Dhelmise list a different HP.

The attack Anchor Anger lists 30+ damage. The cost is Grass. If any of your Grass Pokémon were Knocked Out by damage from an opponent's attack during their last turn, this attack does 90 more damage. Giga Hammer is another attack lists 200 damage. The cost is Grass, Grass, Colorless. During your next turn, this Pokémon can't use Giga Hammer. Weakness is Fire ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: V rule: When your Pokémon V is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is D.

I keep a set binder for Shining Fates, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Shining Fates set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Dhelmise can fill a slot in Generation 7 binder (Alola). I still need this card.
