The earliest other card is Flapple SWSH022/307 in SWSH Black Star Promos (2019). Both list 80 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Shiny. Hitoshi Ariga illustrated that card, and Shigenori Negishi illustrated this one. 4 other cards of Flapple list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Shigenori Negishi. I count 151 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Shining Fates Shiny Vault set binder is where a full Shining Fates Shiny Vault set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Flapple can fill a slot in Generation 8 binder (Galar). Themed lists that include this exact card are Sweets and snacks Pokémon and Berries and fruit. I still need this card.
