Rapid Strike Urshifu VMAX TG21/30

Brilliant Stars Trainer Gallery is a set in the Sword & Shield series. It was released on February 25, 2022. The printed size is 30, and the checklist is the same length. Rapid Strike Urshifu VMAX is TG21/30, in position 21 of 30 on this checklist. Before it is TG20 Rapid Strike Urshifu V, and after it is TG22 Umbreon V. The listed rarity is Rare Holo VMAX.

Rapid Strike Urshifu VMAX is a VMAX Rapid Strike Fighting Pokémon with 330 HP. In the Pokédex this is Urshifu (#892), generation 8 (Galar). The card says it evolves from Rapid Strike Urshifu V. In this catalog that name is Urshifu (#892).

Scav illustrated this card. The same name is on 31 other cards in the catalog.

Urshifu (#892) has 21 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 4 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2019 to 2022. The earliest other card is Single Strike Urshifu V SWSH106/307 in SWSH Black Star Promos (2019). That card is named Single Strike Urshifu V, while this one is Rapid Strike Urshifu VMAX. That card lists 220 HP, and this one lists 330 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Holo VMAX. 5ban Graphics illustrated that card, and Scav illustrated this one. 12 other cards of Urshifu list a different HP.

The attack Gale Thrust lists 30+ damage. The cost is Fighting. If this Pokémon moved from your Bench to the Active Spot this turn, this attack does 120 more damage. G-Max Rapid Flow is another attack lists no damage number. The cost is Fighting, Fighting, Colorless. Discard all Energy from this Pokémon. This attack does 120 damage to 2 of your opponent's Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) Weakness is Psychic ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: VMAX rule: When your Pokémon VMAX is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 3 Prize cards. The regulation mark is E.

I keep a set binder for Brilliant Stars Trainer Gallery, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Brilliant Stars Trainer Gallery set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Urshifu can fill a slot in Generation 8 binder (Galar). Themed lists that include this exact card are VMAX cards and Rapid Strike. I still need this card.
