Alolan Exeggutor V is a Basic V Grass Pokémon with 240 HP. In the Pokédex this is Exeggutor (#103), generation 1 (Kanto).

MUGENUP illustrated this card. The same name is on 13 other cards in the catalog.

Exeggutor (#103) has 49 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 32 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Exeggutor 35/64 in Jungle (1999). That card is named Exeggutor, while this one is Alolan Exeggutor V. That card lists 80 HP, and this one lists 240 HP. The rarity there is Uncommon, and here it is Promo. Kagemaru Himeno illustrated that card, and MUGENUP illustrated this one. 47 other cards of Exeggutor list a different HP.

The attack Growing Tall lists no damage number. The cost is Grass. Flip a coin. If heads, search your deck for up to 5 Grass Energy cards and attach them to your Pokémon in any way you like. Then, shuffle your deck. Head Swing is another attack lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. This attack does 30 damage to 1 of your opponent's Pokémon for each Grass Energy attached to this Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) Weakness is Fire ×2. Retreat cost is 3. The card text says: V rule: When your Pokémon V is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is F.

I keep a set binder for SWSH Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the SWSH Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Exeggutor can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Alolan forms. I still need this card.
