EX Trainer Kit Latias set binder is where a full EX Trainer Kit Latias set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Numel can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). Themed lists that include this exact card are Yuka Morii clay cards. I still need this card.
