MAHOU illustrated this card. The same name is on 122 other cards in the catalog.

Flaaffy (#180) has 29 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 28 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2000 to 2026. The earliest other card is Flaaffy 34/111 in Neo Genesis (2000). That card lists 60 HP, and this one lists 90 HP. Both list the rarity Uncommon. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and MAHOU illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 1, and here it is 2. 18 other cards of Flaaffy list a different HP.

The attack Ram lists 20 damage. The cost is Colorless. Thunder Shock is another attack lists 50 damage. The cost is Lightning, Lightning, Colorless. Flip a coin. If heads, your opponent's Active Pokémon is now Paralyzed. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Resistance is Metal -20. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "If its coat becomes fully charged with electricity, its tail lights up. It fires hair that zaps on impact."

I keep a set binder for Steam Siege, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Steam Siege set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Flaaffy can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). I still need this card.
