Both list the rarity Promo. 5ban Graphics illustrated that card, and Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated this one. 43 other cards of Reshiram list a different HP.

This attack does 20 more damage for each heads. Weakness is Water ×2. Retreat cost is 2. I keep a set binder for XY Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the XY Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Reshiram can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mitsuhiro Arita cards. I still need this card.
