Legendary Collection is a set in the Other series. It was released on 24 May 2002. The printed size is 110, and the checklist is the same length. Mysterious Fossil is 109/110, in position 109 of 110 on this checklist. Before it is 108 Bill, and after it is 110 Potion. The listed rarity is Common.
Mysterious Fossil is a Trainer card.
Keiji Kinebuchi illustrated this card. The same name is on 212 other cards in the catalog.
The card text says: Play Mysterious Fossil as if it were a Basic Pokémon. While in play, Mysterious Fossil counts as a Pokémon (instead of a Trainer card). Mysterious Fossil has no attacks, can't retreat, and can't be affected by Special Conditions. If Mysterious Fossil is Knocked Out, it doesn't count as a Knocked Out Pokémon. (Discard it anyway.) At any time during your turn before your attack, you may discard Mysterious Fossil from play. You can put Pokémon that evolve from Mysterious Fossil on this card.
I keep a set binder for Legendary Collection, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Legendary Collection set binder. I still need this card.
