The earliest other card is Terrakion BW71/101 in BW Black Star Promos (2011). That card is named Terrakion, while this one is Terrakion-EX. That card lists 130 HP, and this one lists 180 HP. The attack Rock Tumble lists 50 damage. The cost is Fighting, Colorless. This attack's damage isn't affected by Resistance. Pump-up Smash is another attack lists 90 damage. The cost is Fighting, Fighting, Colorless. Attach 2 basic Energy cards from your hand to your Benched Pokémon in any way you like. Weakness is Grass ×2. Retreat cost is 3. The card text says: Pokémon-EX rule: When a Pokémon-EX has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

I keep a set binder for Dragons Exalted, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Dragons Exalted set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Terrakion can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). Themed lists that include this exact card are Swords of Justice. I still need this card.
