Skiploom is a Stage 1 Grass Pokémon with 60 HP. In the Pokédex this is Skiploom (#188), generation 2 (Johto). The card says it evolves from Hoppip. In this catalog that name is Hoppip (#187). The card lists Jumpluff, Jumpluff (#189) under evolves to.
Suwama Chiaki illustrated this card. The same name is on 102 other cards in the catalog.
Skiploom (#188) has 11 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 11 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2000 to 2024. The earliest other card is Skiploom 49/111 in Neo Genesis (2000). Both list 60 HP. Both list the rarity Uncommon. Atsuko Nishida illustrated that card, and Suwama Chiaki illustrated this one. 3 other cards of Skiploom list a different HP.
The attack Bullet Seed lists 10× damage. The cost is Grass. Flip 4 coins. This attack does 10 damage times the number of heads. Weakness is Fire ×2. Resistance is Water -20. The flavor text reads "It blooms when the weather warms. It floats in the sky to soak up as much sunlight as possible."
I keep a set binder for Dragons Exalted, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Dragons Exalted set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Skiploom can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). I still need this card.
