Zekrom 10/25 · Celebrations

Zekrom is Pokédex #644, generation 5 (Unova). Zekrom is a Basic Lightning Pokémon with 130 HP.

Zekrom sits at 10/25 in Celebrations, position 10 of 25. Before it is 9 Surfing Pikachu VMAX, and after it is 11 Mew. The set belongs to the Sword & Shield series. It was released on 8 October 2021. The printed size is 25, and the checklist is the same length. The listed rarity is Rare.

The attack Field Crush lists 30 damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless. If your opponent has a Stadium in play, discard it. White Thunder is another attack lists 80+ damage. The cost is Lightning, Lightning, Colorless. If Reshiram is on your Bench, this attack does 80 more damage. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 3. The flavor text reads "Concealing itself in lightning clouds, it flies throughout the Unova region. It creates electricity in its tail." The regulation mark is E.

Zekrom (#644) has 35 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 19 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2011 to 2026. The earliest other card is Zekrom BW005/101 in BW Black Star Promos (2011). Both list 130 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare. 5ban Graphics illustrated that card, and Aya Kusube illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 3. 18 other cards of Zekrom list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Aya Kusube. I count 127 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Celebrations set binder is where a full Celebrations set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Zekrom can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). I still need this card.
