Mysterious Treasures is a set in the Diamond & Pearl series. It was released on 1 August 2007. The printed size is 123. This checklist is longer, at 124 cards. Bayleef is a Stage 1 Grass Pokémon with 80 HP. The card lists level 28. In the Pokédex this is Bayleef (#153), generation 2 (Johto). The card says it evolves from Chikorita. In this catalog that name is Chikorita (#152). The card lists Meganium, Meganium (#154) under evolves to.

Midori Harada illustrated this card. The same name is on 352 other cards in the catalog.

Bayleef (#153) has 11 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 10 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2000 to 2026. The earliest other card is Bayleef 28/111 in Neo Genesis (2000). That card lists 70 HP, and this one lists 80 HP. Both list the rarity Uncommon. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and Midori Harada illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 1. 10 other cards of Bayleef list a different HP.

The attack Evolution Impulse lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. Search your deck for an Evolution card, show it to your opponent, and put it into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward. Leaf Boomerang is another attack lists 30× damage. The cost is Grass, Colorless. Flip 2 coins. This attack does 30 damage times the number of heads. Weakness is Fire +20. Resistance is Water -20. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "The buds that ring its neck give off a spicy aroma that perks people up."

I keep a set binder for Mysterious Treasures, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Mysterious Treasures set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Bayleef can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). I still need this card.
