The earliest other card is Aron 25/109 in Ruby & Sapphire (2003). Both list 50 HP. The rarity there is Uncommon, and here it is Common. Midori Harada illustrated that card, and Yuka Morii illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 1, and here it is 2. 12 other cards of Aron list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Yuka Morii. I count 204 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Mysterious Treasures set binder is where a full Mysterious Treasures set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Aron can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). Themed lists that include this exact card are Yuka Morii clay cards. I still need this card.
