Dialga 4/100 · Majestic Dawn

Majestic Dawn is a set in the Diamond & Pearl series. It was released on 1 May 2008. The printed size is 100, and the checklist is the same length. Dialga is 4/100, in position 4 of 100 on this checklist. Before it is 3 Darkrai, and after it is 5 Glaceon. The listed rarity is Rare Holo.

Dialga is a Basic Metal Pokémon with 100 HP. The card lists level 63. In the Pokédex this is Dialga (#483), generation 4 (Sinnoh).

Masakazu Fukuda illustrated this card. The same name is on 471 other cards in the catalog.

Dialga (#483) has 46 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 22 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2026. The earliest other card is Dialga 1/130 in Diamond & Pearl (2007). That card lists 90 HP, and this one lists 100 HP. Both list the rarity Rare Holo. Nakaoka illustrated that card, and Masakazu Fukuda illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 3. 39 other cards of Dialga list a different HP.

The attack Time Shift lists no damage number. The cost is Metal. Draw cards until you have 6 cards in your hand. Diamond Blast is another attack lists 60+ damage. The cost is Metal, Metal, Colorless, Colorless. Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 60 damage plus 20 more damage. Weakness is Fire +20. Resistance is Psychic -20. Retreat cost is 3. The card text says: Adamant Orb: If an Active Pokémon has Weakness to Metal type, Dialga's attacks do 20 more damage to that Pokémon (before applying Weakness and Resistance).

I keep a set binder for Majestic Dawn, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Majestic Dawn set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Dialga can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). I still need this card.
