Palkia is a Basic Water Pokémon with 90 HP. The card lists level 67. In the Pokédex this is Palkia (#484), generation 4 (Sinnoh).

Daisuke Ito illustrated this card. The same name is on 47 other cards in the catalog.

Palkia (#484) has 39 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 21 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2026. The earliest other card is Palkia 11/130 in Diamond & Pearl (2007). Both list 90 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Promo. Nakaoka illustrated that card, and Daisuke Ito illustrated this one. 37 other cards of Palkia list a different HP.

The attack Spacial Rend lists 10 damage. The cost is Water. Search your deck for a Stadium card, show it to your opponent, and put it into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward. If there is any Stadium card in play, discard it. Transback is another attack lists 40 damage. The cost is Water, Water, Colorless. You may flip a coin. If heads, discard all Energy attached to Palkia and put the Defending Pokémon and all cards attached to it on top of your opponent's deck. Your opponent shuffles his or her deck afterward. Weakness is Lightning +20. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "It has the ability to distort space. It is described as a deity in Sinnoh-region mythology."

I keep a set binder for DP Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the DP Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Palkia can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). I still need this card.
