Hyper Potion is a Trainer card.
Hyper Potion sits at 127/144 in Skyridge, position 127 of 182. Before it is 126 Friend Ball, and after it is 128 Lure Ball. The set belongs to the E-Card series. It was released on 12 May 2003. The printed size is 144. This checklist is longer, at 182 cards. The listed rarity is Uncommon.
The card text says: Choose 1 of your Pokémon. Discard 1 or 2 basic Energy cards attached to that Pokémon. If you discarded 1 Energy card, remove up to 3 damage counters from that Pokémon. If you discarded 2 Energy cards, remove up to 5 damage counters from that Pokémon.
The illustrator line reads Katsura Tabata. I count 35 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.
Skyridge set binder is where a full Skyridge set goes. This card fills one slot there. I still need this card.
