Mystery Plate δ sits at 136/144 in Skyridge, position 136 of 182. Before it is 135 Mystery Plate γ, and after it is 137 Mystery Zone. The set belongs to the E-Card series. It was released on 12 May 2003. The printed size is 144. This checklist is longer, at 182 cards. The listed rarity is Uncommon.
The attack Healing Oasis lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. If your opponent has 5 or more Prizes, search your deck for up to 3 basic Energy cards, show them to your opponent, and put them into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward. If your opponent has exactly 2 Prizes, remove all damage counters from 1 of your Pokémon. The card text says: Attach this card to 1 of your Pokémon in play. That Pokémon may use this card's attack instead of its own. At the end of your turn, discard Mystery Plate δ.
The illustrator line reads Hiromichi Sugiyama. I count 32 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.
Skyridge set binder is where a full Skyridge set goes. This card fills one slot there. Themed lists that include this exact card are Delta Species cards. I still need this card.
