Team Magma's Claydol is a Stage 1 Psychic Darkness Pokémon with 80 HP. In the Pokédex this is Claydol (#344), generation 3 (Hoenn). The card says it evolves from Team Magma's Baltoy. In this catalog that name is Baltoy (#343).

Zu-Ka illustrated this card. The same name is on 6 other cards in the catalog.

Claydol (#344) has 23 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 21 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2004 to 2026. The earliest other card is Team Magma's Claydol 33/95 in Team Magma vs Team Aqua (2004). Both list 80 HP. The rarity there is Uncommon, and here it is Rare Holo. Retreat cost there is 1, and here it is 2. 15 other cards of Claydol list a different HP.

Magma Switch is listed as Poké-Power. Once during your turn (before your attack), you may move an Energy card attached to your Pokémon with Team Magma in its name to another of your Pokémon. This power can't be used if Team Magma's Claydol is affected by a Special Condition. The attack Dark Hand lists 40+ damage. The cost is Psychic, Colorless, Colorless. If you have more cards in your hand than your opponent, this attack does 40 damage plus 20 more damage. Weakness is Psychic ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: This Pokémon is both Psychic Darkness type.

I keep a set binder for Team Magma vs Team Aqua, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Team Magma vs Team Aqua set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Claydol can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). Themed lists that include this exact card are Trainer's Pokémon and Team Aqua and Team Magma. I still need this card.
