Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated this card. The same name is on 721 other cards in the catalog.

Magnetic Call is listed as Poké-Power. Once during your turn (before your attack), you may flip a coin. If heads, search your deck for a Metal Basic Pokémon and put it onto your Bench. Shuffle your deck afterward. This power can't be used if Beldum is affected by a Special Condition. The attack Metal Charge lists 30 damage. The cost is Metal, Colorless. Put 1 damage counter on Beldum. Weakness is Fire ×2. Resistance is Grass -30. Retreat cost is 2.

I keep a set binder for Hidden Legends, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Hidden Legends set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Beldum can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mitsuhiro Arita cards. I still need this card.
