The earliest other card is Luvdisc 53/106 in Emerald (2005). Both list 60 HP. The rarity there is Common, and here it is Uncommon. Hajime Kusajima illustrated that card, and Miki Tanaka illustrated this one. 6 other cards of Luvdisc list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Miki Tanaka. I count 192 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Hidden Legends set binder is where a full Hidden Legends set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Luvdisc can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). I still need this card.
