Exploud 6/101 · Hidden Legends

Exploud is Pokédex #295, generation 3 (Hoenn). Exploud is a Stage 2 Colorless Pokémon with 120 HP. The card says it evolves from Loudred. In this catalog that name is Loudred (#294).

Exploud sits at 6/101 in Hidden Legends, position 6 of 102. Before it is 5 Electrode, and after it is 7 Heracross. The set belongs to the EX series. It was released on 1 June 2004. The printed size is 101. This checklist is longer, at 102 cards. The listed rarity is Rare Holo.

The attack Breaking Sound lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. Does 10 damage to each of your opponent's Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) Bass Control is another attack lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless, Colorless. Does 30 damage to 1 of your opponent's Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) Thunderous Roar is another attack lists 30 damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. The Defending Pokémon is now Confused. Hyper Voice is another attack lists 60 damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 2.

Exploud (#295) has 10 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 10 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2005 to 2023. The earliest other card is Exploud 3/106 in Emerald (2005). Both list 120 HP. Both list the rarity Rare Holo. Hajime Kusajima illustrated that card, and Tomokazu Komiya illustrated this one. 9 other cards of Exploud list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Tomokazu Komiya. I count 248 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Hidden Legends set binder is where a full Hidden Legends set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Exploud can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). I still need this card.
