Regice ex 97/101 · Hidden Legends

Regice is Pokédex #378, generation 3 (Hoenn). Regice ex is a Basic ex Water Pokémon with 90 HP.

Regice ex sits at 97/101 in Hidden Legends, position 97 of 102. Before it is 96 Ninetales ex, and after it is 98 Regirock ex. The set belongs to the EX series. It was released on 1 June 2004. The printed size is 101. This checklist is longer, at 102 cards. The listed rarity is Rare Holo EX.

Crystal Body is listed as Poké-Body. Prevent all effects of attacks, except damage, done to Regice ex by the Attacking Pokémon. The attack Freeze Lock lists 60 damage. The cost is Water, Water, Colorless. Flip a coin. If heads, your opponent can't attach Energy cards from his or her hand to the Defending Pokémon during his or her next turn. Weakness is Metal ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: When Pokémon-ex has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

Regice (#378) has 10 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 10 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2005 to 2026. The earliest other card is Regice ex 98/106 in Emerald (2005). That card lists 100 HP, and this one lists 90 HP. Both list the rarity Rare Holo EX. Hikaru Koike illustrated that card, and Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 3, and here it is 2. 8 other cards of Regice list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Mitsuhiro Arita. I count 721 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Hidden Legends set binder is where a full Hidden Legends set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Regice can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mitsuhiro Arita cards. I still need this card.
