Nidoqueen is Pokédex #031, generation 1 (Kanto). Giovanni's Nidoqueen is a Stage 2 Grass Pokémon with 100 HP. The card lists level 51. The card says it evolves from Giovanni's Nidorina. In this catalog that name is Nidorina (#030).

Giovanni's Nidoqueen sits at 23/132 in Gym Challenge, position 23 of 132. Before it is 22 Brock's Dugtrio, and after it is 24 Giovanni's Pinsir. The set belongs to the Gym series. It was released on 16 October 2000. The printed size is 132, and the checklist is the same length. The listed rarity is Rare.

If heads, this attack does 50 damage plus 50 more damage if you have at least 1 Giovanni's Nidoking on your Bench. If tails, this attack does nothing. Weakness is Psychic ×2. Retreat cost is 3.

The earliest other card is Nidoqueen 7/64 in Jungle (1999). That card is named Nidoqueen, while this one is Giovanni's Nidoqueen. That card lists 90 HP, and this one lists 100 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Rare. 17 other cards of Nidoqueen list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Ken Sugimori. I count 1,112 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Gym Challenge set binder is where a full Gym Challenge set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Nidoqueen can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Trainer's Pokémon, Kanto Gym Leaders and their Pokémon, and Giovanni and his Pokémon. I still need this card.
