Kouki Saitou illustrated this card. The same name is on 652 other cards in the catalog.

Plusle (#311) has 19 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 18 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2003 to 2023. The earliest other card is Plusle 8/97 in Dragon (2003). That card lists 50 HP, and this one lists 60 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Promo. Atsuko Nishida illustrated that card, and Kouki Saitou illustrated this one. 10 other cards of Plusle list a different HP.

The attack Collect lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. Draw 2 cards. Thunder Jolt is another attack lists 20 damage. The cost is Lightning. Flip a coin. If tails, Plusle does 10 damage to itself. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Resistance is Metal -20. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "It absorbs electricity from telephone poles. It shorts out its body to create crackling noises."

I keep a set binder for HGSS Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the HGSS Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Plusle can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). I still need this card.
