Alolan Dugtrio 11/12 · McDonald's Collection 2019

Dugtrio is Pokédex #051, generation 1 (Kanto). Alolan Dugtrio is a Stage 1 Metal Pokémon with 60 HP. The card says it evolves from Alolan Diglett. In this catalog that name is Diglett (#050).

Alolan Dugtrio sits at 11/12 in McDonald's Collection 2019, position 11 of 12. Before it is 10 Alolan Meowth, and after it is 12 Eevee. The set belongs to the Other series. It was released on 15 October 2019. The printed size is 12, and the checklist is the same length.

The attack Gold Rush lists 30 damage. Discard any number of Metal Energy cards from your hand. This attack does 30 damage for each card you discarded in this way. Weakness is Fire ×2. Resistance is Psychic -20. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "This Pokémon are cherished in the Alola region, where they are thought to be feminine deities of the land incarnate."

Dugtrio (#051) has 30 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 25 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Dugtrio 19/102 in Base (1999). That card is named Dugtrio, while this one is Alolan Dugtrio. That card lists 70 HP, and this one lists 60 HP. Keiji Kinebuchi illustrated that card, and Megumi Mizutani illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 1. 28 other cards of Dugtrio list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Megumi Mizutani. I count 133 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

McDonald's Collection 2019 set binder is where a full McDonald's Collection 2019 set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Dugtrio can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Alolan forms and McDonald's promos. I still need this card.
