Ascended Heroes set binder is where a full Ascended Heroes set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Lucario can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mega Evolution cards and Riolu and Lucario. I still need this card.
