The earliest other card is Meganium 10/111 in Neo Genesis (2000). That card is named Meganium, while this one is Mega Meganium ex. That card lists 100 HP, and this one lists 360 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Special Illustration Rare. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and Tika Matsuno illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 3, and here it is 2. 16 other cards of Meganium list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Tika Matsuno. I count 48 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Ascended Heroes set binder is where a full Ascended Heroes set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Meganium can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mega Evolution cards, Johto starters, and Special Illustration Rares. I still need this card.
