Shiburingaru illustrated this card. The same name is on 35 other cards in the catalog.

Vikavolt (#738) has 15 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 11 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2017 to 2026. The earliest other card is Vikavolt 52/149 in Sun & Moon (2017). That card lists 150 HP, and this one lists 160 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Uncommon. Hitoshi Ariga illustrated that card, and Shiburingaru illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 3, and here it is 1. 11 other cards of Vikavolt list a different HP.

The attack Volt Switch lists 90 damage. The cost is Lightning. Switch this Pokémon with 1 of your Benched Lightning Pokémon. Sparking Strike is another attack lists 240 damage. The cost is Lightning, Lightning, Colorless, Colorless. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "When carrying a Charjabug, Vikavolt can receive electricity from it and then rapidly fire powerful electromagnetic beams from its large jaws." The regulation mark is H.

I keep a set binder for Ascended Heroes, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Ascended Heroes set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Vikavolt can fill a slot in Generation 7 binder (Alola). I still need this card.
