I keep a set binder for 30th Celebration, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the 30th Celebration set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Jirachi can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mythical Pokémon, from Sword & Shield on and Special Illustration Rares. I still need this card.
