I keep a set binder for 30th Celebration: Classic Collection, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the 30th Celebration: Classic Collection set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Cresselia can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Pokémon LEGEND. I still need this card.
