Murkrow 72/147 · Supreme Victors

Murkrow is Pokédex #198, generation 2 (Johto). Murkrow is a Basic Darkness Pokémon with 70 HP. The card lists level 22. The card lists Honchkrow, Honchkrow (#430) under evolves to.

Murkrow sits at 72/147 in Supreme Victors, position 72 of 153. Before it is 71 Minun, and after it is 73 Ninjask. The set belongs to the Platinum series. It was released on 19 August 2009. The printed size is 147. This checklist is longer, at 153 cards. The listed rarity is Uncommon.

The attack Switcheroo lists no damage number. Move a Pokémon Tool card attached to 1 of your opponent's Pokémon to another of your opponent's Pokémon (excluding Pokémon that already has a Pokémon Tool attached to it). (If an effect of this attack is prevented, this attack does nothing.) Flap is another attack lists 20 damage. The cost is Darkness, Colorless. Weakness is Lightning +10. Resistance is Fighting -20. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "If spotted, it will lure an unwary person into chasing it, then lose the pursuer on mountain trails."

Murkrow (#198) has 28 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 25 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2000 to 2026. The earliest other card is Murkrow 24/111 in Neo Genesis (2000). That card lists 50 HP, and this one lists 70 HP. The rarity there is Rare, and here it is Uncommon. Shin-ichi Yoshida illustrated that card, and Yukiko Baba illustrated this one. 19 other cards of Murkrow list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Yukiko Baba. I count 151 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Supreme Victors set binder is where a full Supreme Victors set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Murkrow can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). I still need this card.
