Arceus is a Basic Grass Pokémon with 90 HP. The card lists level 100. In the Pokédex this is Arceus (#493), generation 4 (Sinnoh).

Shin Nagasawa illustrated this card. The same name is on 303 other cards in the catalog.

Arceus (#493) has 34 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 10 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2026. The earliest other card is Arceus DP50/56 in DP Black Star Promos (2007). Both list 90 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare. Kunihiko Yuyama illustrated that card, and Shin Nagasawa illustrated this one. 31 other cards of Arceus list a different HP.

The attack Leaf Refresh lists 30 damage. The cost is Grass, Colorless. Remove 3 damage counters from each of your Benched Pokémon. Weakness is Fire ×2. Resistance is Water -20. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: You may have as many of this card in your deck as you like. The flavor text reads "It is said to have emerged from an egg in a place where there was nothing, then shaped the world."

I keep a set binder for Arceus, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Arceus set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Arceus can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). I still need this card.
