I keep a set binder for Unbroken Bonds, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Unbroken Bonds set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Celesteela can fill a slot in Generation 7 binder (Alola). Themed lists that include this exact card are Ultra Beasts. I still need this card.
