I keep a set binder for Cosmic Eclipse, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Cosmic Eclipse set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Jigglypuff and Lopunny can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto) and Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mitsuhiro Arita cards and Igglybuff, Jigglypuff, and Wigglytuff. I still need this card.
