The earliest other card is Guzzlord-GX 63/111 in Crimson Invasion (2017). That card is named Guzzlord-GX, while this one is Naganadel & Guzzlord-GX. That card lists 210 HP, and this one lists 280 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo GX, and here it is Rare Rainbow. Retreat cost there is 4, and here it is 3. 8 other cards of Guzzlord list a different HP. Naganadel (#804) has 13 cards in the catalog.

(You can't use more than 1 GX attack in a game.) Weakness is Fairy ×2. Retreat cost is 3. The card text says: TAG TEAM rule: When your TAG TEAM is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 3 Prize cards.

I keep a set binder for Cosmic Eclipse, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Cosmic Eclipse set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Guzzlord and Naganadel can fill a slot in Generation 7 binder (Alola). Themed lists that include this exact card are Ultra Beasts. I still need this card.
