Forbidden Light set binder is where a full Forbidden Light set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Froakie can fill a slot in Generation 6 binder (Kalos). Themed lists that include this exact card are Kalos starters and Froakie, Frogadier, and Greninja. I still need this card.
